Heeding the advice of an unknown benefactor, Rita Repulsa has regained possession of an artefact that could win her the war. At the very least it seems to disrupt the Power Rangers' morphing abilities.

The first plan might have failed, but Rita is more than willing to try again. And this time instead of breaking their powers, she uses the Green Chaos Crystal to give Scorpina control of the Dragonzord. And all this is so she can prove to Tommy that he made the wrong choice.

First the crystal was primed, then used to gain control of a Zord... now Rita uses her relentless monster attacks to power up the Green Chaos Crystal ready to unleash it full might and reveal a foe that can take the Rangers down in seconds.
