There is a truth that many do not want to face and so mostly ignore: The Multiverse is not the be all and end all of existence. There is something beyond, terrifying places that do not conform with the known rules of existence. And the closer a reality is to those places, the greater the degree of variation from the Prime Reality. It is within those realities that these stories take place.
In 1992 the space witch Rita Repulsa was released from her lunar prison and began a campaign to conquer the planet Earth. In 2022, attempts to harness the power of the Morphin Grid have allowed Rita's evil to return, with a whole new body and nothing to hold back her murderous rage.
Now an enemy has arisen and the lines between the role of the Sorcerer Supreme and the Power Rangers have crossed. A new threat that can only be defeated by the Power Rangers reaching beyond their mortal limits and the knowledge of the Sorcerer Supreme to guide them as they trespass into places no human should tread. Join them as they take the steps need to become the Power Rangers Supreme.
When the Maltusians try to bring order to the universe they set in motion a disaster that can only be stopped by what they consider to be one of their failures: The Lantern Rangers. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers combined with a little bit of the Green Lantern.
Lord Drakkon was defeated, but nothing could stop the collapse of the Morphin Grid and with it the fall of the Multiverse. What survived was a single reality with chunks of surviving universes interspersed with volatile void. And now as the remnant factions of darkness attempt to claim whatever territory they can find, it is up to five new heroes to sail the uncharted seas of space in search of the greatest treasure and a chance to restore existence to its former state.
The Power Rangers are faced with a different type of enemy, one that prefers to bombard planets into submission instead of just sending down single monsters. When it becomes clear that the powers of the Morphin Grid will not be sufficient to bring victory, the Rangers must look further afield.
A long long time ago in a battle that cost the lives of millions, an enemy was fought to a standstill and order was restored to the cosmos. But now the actions of Master Vile and the Power Rangers have undermined that effort and released a foe more sinister than any they have faced before. And he hasn't woken up yet. The order of the Universe has been shattered, the Age of Chaos has arrived.
