Incident Overview

This report summarizes findings related to an incident involving the discovery and activation of a buried artefact in a desert region. The operation was conducted by NASADA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Defense Agency). Although NASADA led the exploration, Apex Cybernetics has acquired sensor and observational data relevant to the event for analysis. The artefact's activation resulted in the emergence of several hostile entities, now classified as potential bio-threats to global stability.

Details of NASADA Operation

On 16 August 1992, NASADA conducted a test firing of a new engine. Following the testing an unexplained earthquake revealed a hidden cavern system beneath the surface of the desert. Aerial scans were conducted and a full survey and excavation of a site to investigate unusual energy readings was approved. Apex operatives embedded within NASADA's observation network flagged the operation as of potential interest.

During the excavation, NASADA personnel unearthed a metallic artefact of unknown origin. Analysis of visual data suggests the artefact was cylindrical, approximately 1.5 meters in height, and composed of an unidentified alloy. Apex scientists believe its structure is not of terrestrial origin, potentially linked to pre-human civilizations or extraterrestrial technology.

NASADA engineers initiated standard exploratory procedures. The artefact was unintentionally activated when disturbed, emitting a high-energy pulse that temporarily disabled communications in the surrounding area.

Observed Events Post-Activation

Following activation, the artefact opened, releasing five humanoid entities. Apex has classified these entities as follows:

• Primary Entity: Humanoid female, self-identified as Rita Repulsa. Apparent leader, wielding a staff that emits significant energy signatures. Made vocal declarations suggesting intent to subjugate the Earth.
• Secondary Entities: Three deformed humanoids, presumed enforcers or servants of the primary entity.
• Tertiary Entity: Heavily armored skeletal figure. Function and purpose unknown, did not exhibit independent motion or actions during observed time.

The entities quickly departed via an unknown form of teleportation, leaving behind residual energy signatures that decayed within minutes.

Apex Analysis

Energy readings captured by Apex's remote systems during the event indicate a power source of significant magnitude, capable of destabilizing localized environmental conditions. The artefact and its occupants appear to represent an advanced, potentially hostile civilization.

Apex operatives have flagged this incident for further monitoring and investigation. The potential overlap with Apex’s research programs warrants immediate analysis of the entities' energy profiles and origins.
