Power Broker

Originally an intergalactic arms dealer, the Power Broker found his niche when he realised that there were those that desired super powers without the clumsy weapons and armour associated with them. After years of learning how to dissect the powers of many different types of soldier, the Power Broker is able to reverse engineer most Ranger and Rider powers. He uses that knowledge to provide anything from a super healing capsule to a full army or super powered warriors.
